Prerequisite
Configure your Hercules Modem and ATM by referring to the Hercules RMS Configuration guide specific to your ATM manufacturer and ensure you are an Admin User in the Hercules Portal.

Configure Hercules RMS and ATM Insights User Permissions
Granting Hercules RMS and ATM Insight permissions to users allows them to view and configure all RMS settings and ATM Insights for devices they have access to in the Hercules Portal.

To configure Hercules RMS user permissions in the Hercules Portal:

1. Navigate to the User Admin section by selecting either the User Admin icon on the left hand navigation

By selecting My Account from the dropdown menu displayed after selecting the user icon in the top right corner.

2. Select the Users tab from the top menu navigation

3. To allow Hercules RMS access for a user, select the RMS Access button within the user details section. The button will slide to the right and turn yellow, indicating RMS Access is turned on.

4. To allow a user to view ATM Insights, select the Insights Access button within the user details section. The button will slide to the right and turn yellow, indicating Insights Access is turned on.
