ATM Health Diagram
The ATM health diagram consists of the health status icons and the health component icons. Whenever the health status of a component is changed, the diagram will be changed automatically. Touch any icon for more information.

Status: No problem detected. Everything is good.
Status: The signal strength of the Hercules device is very weak.
Fleet Health Diagram
The health of the account's whole network (fleet) of ATMs connected is shown. A circle on a part of fleet is like a "pie chart" showing how many of that part of the network are affected. Touch any icon for more information.
In this network of ATMs:
- 5% of the ATMs have health issues of critical importance and 20% have health issues of low importance.
- 13% of the Hercules have health issues of medium importance and 87% are good in health.
- 2% of the connection between Hercules and DPL data center have health issue of critical importance and 98% are good in health.
- 100% of the connection between ATM and Hercules, the DPL data centers, the connection between DPL and Processors, and the Processors are good in health.
