ATMs that were once connected to an active Hercules modem but aren't anymore because the Hercules was either disconnected, deactivated, or decommissioned are still visible in the device list but are greyed out and the serial number is stricken out as shown below.
To view the disconnected ATM's historic data select it from the Device List and scroll down within the Dashboard to view past Alarms, Activity and Activity Logs.
To delete the disconnected ATM from appearing in the Device List, select the settings tab, scroll down to the Delete Machine section, select the Delete button, then select okay to confirm.
Note: If at anytime, you want the disconnected ATM added back to the device list, contact DPL's technical support department by calling 1-800-561-8880 or email your request to email@example.com.
